IT Use & Acceptable Conduct Policy

Last Updated: May 03, 2026

1. Introduction

This IT Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using the digital infrastructure, resources, and educational tools provided by ETALIM (a platform of ID3U LLC). By registering for a course, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a secure and efficient learning environment for all.

2. FATIMA AI Usage & Costs

Our generative AI tutor, FATIMA, is a premium resource designed to assist you with your learning goals. Providing AI responses involves significant computational costs paid by Etalim per interaction.

Hard Usage Limits: Students are limited to 20 questions per class session. Based on our standard curriculum of 2 classes per week over an 8-week course duration, this ensures fair access for all students. Abuse of the AI system or attempts to bypass these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of AI privileges.

3. Bandwidth & Resource Consumption

Our platform handles large amounts of technical data, including video streams, code repositories, and lab environments. Bandwidth costs are substantial.

  • Users are prohibited from using the platform for non-educational downloads or uploads.
  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of site content is strictly forbidden.
  • Repeated, unnecessary uploading or downloading of large files that impacts server performance may result in account review.

4. Professional Conduct & Harassment

Etalim maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Our digital classrooms and discussion boards are safe spaces for learning.

  • Harassment of instructors, staff, or fellow students in any form is prohibited.
  • Users shall not view, share, or download adult content, explicit material, or offensive imagery on the platform or during live training sessions.
  • Disruptive behavior during live sessions (spamming, inappropriate video/audio) will result in immediate removal.

5. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Sharing account access with non-registered individuals is a violation of your enrollment agreement.
  • You must report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, lab configurations, and custom tools provided are the intellectual property of ID3U LLC. You may use them for your personal education but may not redistribute, sell, or mirror them on other platforms without written consent.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including the termination of your access to Etalim without a refund.
